🍽️ Returns

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns on food items. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re happy to work with you to make it right if there’s an issue with your order.


💵 Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements for orders that:

  • Arrive damaged or spoiled
  • Contain incorrect items
  • Are missing products you were charged for

📩 To request a refund or replacement, please email us at support@foodnow.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos, if applicable (damaged packaging, incorrect items, etc.)

We review each request individually and respond within 2 business days.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Items left unattended and spoiled after delivery
  • Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery

📦 Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, email support@foodnow.shop as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll issue a full refund. If it has already been shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.
